Powerlifting School by Elisa Vinante

Practical application to the SQUAT, BENCH PRESS, and DEADLIFT, with technical variations and solutions designed for beginners and intermediate athletes.

Through our practical clinics, we will guide the audience into the fantastic world of Powerlifting, providing participants with the tools needed to train safely and achieve the best possible results.

The sessions will be led by Elisa Vinante together with the Barbarians coaching staff.
