Our Proposal for the Creation of New "Health Sports Centers"

The Health Sports Centers promoted by ASC – Attività Sportive Confederate are facilities dedicated to the promotion of physical activity as a tool for prevention, therapeutic support, and improvement of psychophysical well-being. These are certified sports spaces, specifically oriented toward adapted physical activity and the integration between sport and health.

These centers aim to:

• Promote Adapted Physical Activity (APA): They offer specific programs targeted at individuals affected by chronic conditions (such as diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, obesity) or sedentary individuals, in order to improve quality of life and prevent the progression of issues linked to physical inactivity.

• Collaborate with the healthcare system: They work in synergy with general practitioners, specialists, and health professionals, following recognized protocols based on scientific evidence, to integrate physical activity into treatment plans.

• Train specialized operators: They ensure the presence of qualified instructors, trained through specific courses, capable of safely conducting physical activities for individuals with health-related needs.

At ASC, we firmly believe that sport is not just about performance, but above all about health, prevention, and quality of life.
