If you are looking for an innovative, stimulating, and beneficial way to improve your physical well-being while working out in the pool, AcquaFly training is exactly what you need!

AcquaFly is an innovative system built on versatility, making it accessible to an increasingly broad audience. ACQUAFLY is the further evolution of aquagym and aquafitness. It’s an activity that develops conditional abilities, since it’s effective in the cardiovascular aspect but also useful for muscle strengthening for all areas. AcquaFly is a complete activity, going from easy and light to intense and stimulating based on the way the equipment is used. Perfect for whatever you aqua aerobics preparation is and for anyone who wants to revolutionize their training experience by feeling the smell of chlorine on their skin!
How it works:
The greatest novelty consists in the effect of the suspension of the body in water. You will be fascinated by its versatility and simplicity! Movement in water is always very destabilizing. The administration of sudden stimuli, during the motor gesture, makes any type of training much more effective. In AcquaFly, muscle activation is always high and constant thanks to the unpredictability of water, improving results incredibly. Water pushes you to manage movements differently also due to the movement of those training next to you, forcing the athlete's body and mind to react to every disturbance.
In essence, AcquaFly is a pool training methodology that, through holds and exercises, aims to tone, sculpt, shape the abdomen, legs and buttocks, and above all, like no other fitness activity in the pool, arms and shoulders; using water as resistance and support, and instability to optimize "your" performance. And so training becomes open to everyone, without limits of age or experience.
Benefits:
It is an extremely full workout that stimulates cardiovascular improvement, muscle strength and resistance. Each AcquaFly workout allows you to burn a lot of calories without overloading work on the scapular-humeral joint, because the three provided handles give you the solution. It strengthens muscles and it improves mental resistance.
The AcquaFly Method is ideal for any training program (intensive, toning, rehabilitative, etc.) and for all users!
Thanks to AcquaFly you can finally super-train in the water while having fun. The lessons are always engaging and never repetitive.
