AcquaFly is the further evolution of aquagym and AcquaFitness. It is an activity that develops conditioning capacities, because it is effective from a cardiovascular point of view but also useful for muscle strengthening of all body districts. AcquaFly is absolutely complete because it ranges from an easy and light activity to an intense and stimulating one depending on how the equipment is used.

The absolute novelty consists in the effect of body suspension in water.
You will be fascinated by its versatility and simplicity!
Movement in water is always very destabilizing.

How it works:
The administration of sudden stimulations, during the motor gesture, makes any type of training much more effective.
In AcquaFly, muscle activation is always high and constant, thanks to the unpredictability of water, and this improves results incredibly.
The water pushes you to manage movements differently also due to the movement of those training next to you, forcing the athlete's body and mind to react to every perturbation.

Each session is designed with a progressive logic that uses water as a true training tool, exploiting its instability to stimulate postural control, balance, and mobility. The work integrates intensity and methodological continuity, surpassing the traditional approach to water fitness. The composition of AcquaFly workouts is varied: a session can include aerobic exercises, strength exercises, or a combination of both.
