Adaptive Workout is a moment that combines heart, mind and body. It is simultaneously an extraordinary training, where one goes beyond one's own body to experience a different one. It is awareness, adaptation, crossing and overcoming physical limits as mental barriers that we often - erroneously! - see as insurmountable. It is a change in perspective, in outlook, a cultural transformation that starts from experimentation. Challenge yourself with the prejudice you have about yourself and those around you: Adaptive Workout is a training where you simulate limits that are not your own with the aim of redefining yourself, of renaming what you truly can or cannot do. All through emotion, discovery, curiosity and enjoyment.
