Adriatico on the Wave of Sport 2026

“Adriatico on the Wave of Sport” returns for its fifth edition, confirming itself as a key event for promoting sports culture and encouraging healthy and active lifestyles, especially among younger generations.

Organized by CONI Emilia-Romagna in collaboration with Club Nautico Rimini, the event brings together sports federations, local sports clubs, military corps and volunteer associations, creating an important opportunity to promote sport as a tool for education, social inclusion and community engagement.

The initiative will take place on May 29 and 30, from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, between Piazzale Boscovich and Rimini’s free beach area, transforming the Rimini Canal Harbor into a large open-air sports village for citizens, students, families and tourists.

Sea and beach sports will take center stage through practical activities, exhibitions and demonstrations open to all ages. Featured disciplines include sailing, rowing, canoeing, SUP, swimming, powerboating, sport fishing, beach rugby, frisbee, handball, rapatennis, weightlifting, military dynamic gymnastics and bocce.

Alongside the sporting activities, the program will also include creative and inclusive experiences such as chess lessons, kite workshops, artistic gymnastics performances and dance exhibitions.

“Adriatico on the Wave of Sport” continues to stand out as an event capable of bringing together sport, the sea, education, sustainability and community, while promoting the values of participation, wellbeing and social inclusion.
