Adriatico, on the Wave of Sport
Adriatico on the wave of Sport, the event that confirms itself as a reference point for the promotion of sports culture and to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle among young people, is back again this year.
Promoted by CONI Emilia-Romagna in collaboration with Club Nautico Rimini, the event involves the Federations of water and sand sports, local sports clubs, military corps and volunteer associations, to offer all participants a unique, dynamic and emotionally rich experience.
Two days of sports and fun:

📍 Rimini, P.le Boscovic and free beach
Sea and beach sports will be the protagonists, with hands-on activities, exhibitions and demonstrations for all ages. Among the disciplines featured: sailing, rowing, canoeing, SUP, swimming, motor boating, sport fishing, water skiing, beach volleyball, beach rugby, ultimate frisbee, handball, tambeach, rapatennis and bocce. There will be no shortage of unusual activities such as chess lessons, kite workshops, artistic gymnastics and dance demonstrations.
Special events:
A particularly anticipated moment will be the release of a sea turtle into the sea by the Cetacea Foundation. In addition, it will be possible to visit the naval units of the Harbor Master's Office and the Guardia di Finanza, and learn more about the important work of volunteer associations in the area.
Two days to experience the sea, sport and community in an atmosphere of sharing, inclusion and sustainability.

Adriatico, on the Wave of Sport
After the successes of the first three editions, “Adriatico, on the wave of sport,” an event organized by the Emilia-Romagna CONI and scheduled for Friday, May 30 and Saturday, May 31 from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. in Piazzale Boscovich and the adjacent shoreline, is back for the fourth consecutive year.
Five sports federations related to the world of water and six that also carry out their activities on the beach, will make themselves available to young people from schools and all those who freely want to approach, allowing them to gain direct and free experiences of many sports disciplines.
It will be an opportunity to learn more about and try for free many water disciplines such as sailing, canoeing, motor boating, water skiing, SUP and sport fishing, but also some fun activities to practice on the beach such as beach handball, beach rugby, beach bocce, tambeach and ultimate freesbe.
Also featured in the event will be the men and women of the Coast Guard, Guardia di Finanza, Carabinieri, Fire Brigade and State Police with some boats on which those present will be able to board to understand their operational functions. Also in attendance will be Cetacea Foundation, which on Saturday morning around 11 a.m. will perform the always exciting water release of a turtle in their care.
Also on Boscovich Square will be information gazebos of voluntary and non-voluntary associations, such as the Red Cross, which will offer health care, AVIS, Rimini Cammina che ti passa, AIL, LILT ,Inclusive Solidarity Active Citizens, Crescere Insieme, Sea Rescue Volunteers, Ecological Guards, AUSL, Marinando 2.0, Civil Defense of the Municipality of Rimini, Big Game Italia and ANSMES (National Association of Sports Merit Stars).
The event, organized with the technical collaboration of the Club Nautico Rimini, enjoys the patronage of the City of Rimini, the Regional School Office, the Rimini Panathlon and the Emilia-Romagna Regional Health Service.
