AntiGravity® Fitness & Yoga celebrates 17 years since its arrival in Italy, first introduced at RiminiWellness in 2008. Defined as the yoga of the present and future, this year AntiGravity Fitness® continues to be one of Fiteducation’s flagship programs, thanks to its exclusive collaboration with ANTIGRAVITY Inc. from New York.

 

The classic AG RESTORE®, AG PILATES®, AG AIRBARRE®, AG AERIAL YOGA®, AG SUSPENSION®, and AG 1on1® programs—designed for physiotherapists and personal trainers—are joined by the new AG MMM Mindfulness & Movement, an incredible hammock-based meditation session combining sound and aromatherapy.

 

In this area, we will explore the upside-down world with the soft AntiGravity® Fitness hammocks, specially designed by Christopher Harrison, founder and artistic director of the AntiGravity® aerial performance company.

 

These aerial fabrics allow you to perform dynamic suspended sequences, safely defying gravity. Movement is fluid and free from joint compression, offering numerous benefits: spinal decompression, lymphatic and circulatory system activation, collagen stimulation for anti-aging effects. This is a space for those who wish to challenge their limits, move freely, and develop body awareness.

 

AG Fundamentals

Discover the magic of flight and body inversion, a technique that helps decompress the spine and joints. AG FUNdamentals classes allow you to experience the joy of moving freely in all directions, in a completely new dimension. Basic inversions are combined with sequences of spinal mobility, both in flexion and extension.

 

This course integrates the true essence of traditional yoga, merging body, mind, and spirit with suspension work. It represents the evolution of yoga into a three-dimensional approach. Every asana, Vinyasa, wrap, grip, and trap performed on Christopher Harrison’s fabrics follows clear and safe progressions. Create space in your body to create space in your mind!

 

AG Suspension Fitness

Once you have experienced the foundational movements of AntiGravity® Fitness, you can explore new progressions that challenge the laws of physics with flips, spins, and swings. This course will take you to the most acrobatic side of AntiGravity®, improving strength, endurance, coordination, and flexibility in a fun way. Challenge yourself and reach new heights!

 

AG Restorative Yoga

AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga is a gentle yet deep and therapeutic approach to aerial yoga. Its goal is to restore balance and well-being by overcoming physical issues, particularly those related to posture. It blends ancient healing methods such as meditation, breathwork, and inner awareness with the revolutionary benefits of the AntiGravity® hammock.

 

AG Pilates

AntiGravity® Pilates is the new suspension fitness program designed by Christopher Harrison. This course is the perfect fusion of harmony, fluidity, and precision from Joseph Pilates’ renowned technique with the innovative AntiGravity® method.

 

AG Airbarre

Bringing traditional ballet barre exercises to the hammock, this program alternates muscle conditioning phases with ballet-inspired movements. It enhances strength, power, flexibility, and spinal alignment while maintaining lightness and grace. Ideal for both dancers and beginners.

 

AG 1on1®

A specialized program designed to provide technical and educational support for personal trainers, allowing them to expand their exercise repertoire using the hammock. This approach enhances strength, flexibility, postural alignment, spinal decompression, and stress reduction.

 

AG MMM

A class dedicated to deep relaxation, combining Yoga Nidra, meditation, sound healing, aromatherapy, and breathwork. This revolutionary method lowers stress levels and promotes full-body regeneration using the AntiGravity® hammock.

 

N.B. Each participant must bring their own yoga mat.
