This first master class addresses the question: 'Why do we need to re-educate breathing in movement?'.

In practice, the scientific, neurophysiological and bioenergetic foundations of the BE© method are explored:

• Nervous system modulation: Understanding how the respiratory rhythm influences the autonomic nervous system, reducing cortisol levels (stress) and anxiety.

• Cellular and energetic efficiency: Explaining how proper oxygenation increases muscular endurance and reduces overload and energy waste during physical exertion.

• Health awareness: Understanding the impact of breathing on posture, spinal health and trunk stabilisation (the core or powerhouse).

This second class translates theory into action, addressing the question: 'What are the correct techniques and muscle activations?':

• Applied mechanics and biomechanics: Experiencing the correct use of the diaphragm, the three-dimensional expansion of the rib cage, and the coordination with the pelvic floor and abdominal wall.

• Exercises (Pillars-Pearls) of the BE© method: Performing the practical BreathEducation protocols to release chronic respiratory tensions and improve immediate physical performance.
