Talk with Maurizio Di Leo, herbalist and Bach Flower expert for over 40 years
Bach Flowers are floral remedies developed by British physician Edward Bach in the 1930s. They are based on the principle that emotional balance influences physical well-being. Bach identified 38 floral essences, each associated with a specific emotion or state of mind, such as fear, anxiety, insecurity, or stress.
The remedies are taken in the form of drops and are used to restore inner harmony naturally. The most famous is the Universal Extract of the Di Leo Herbal Laboratory, a combination of five flowers indicated for emotional emergency situations. Bach Flowers have no contraindications and can be used by adults, children, and animals.
Chlorophyll has been called "green blood" because its chemical structure is closely related to that of hemoglobin, with the difference that in chlorophyll, the central molecule is magnesium, while in blood it is iron. It possesses excellent antioxidant, detoxifying, purifying, and anti-anemic properties, making it ideal for reducing fatigue and improving sports performance, especially in endurance sports.
