Back to the Sword - Sala d’Arme Achille Marozzo

The association Sala d’Arme Achille Marozzo, with 30 years of experience in the study of historical fencing, transforms history in a dynamic and captivating martial discipline. During RiminiWellnessOFF 2026, visitors will be able to discover the art of melee combat as handed down from the great Italian Masters in the Renaissance-era treatises.

The activity will consist of various short practice courses lasting about 30 minutes for groups of 10-12 people, with a maximum of 16 people (16 years old minimum), with expert instructors. The disciplines which will be traited in these courses will concern: the teaching of handling of the Renaissance side sword accompanied by a dagger, the cape, the shield (buckler and shield) and the medieval two-handed sword.

Between one session and another, the associates will face each other in full-contact demonstration
fights, using replica weapons and modern protection to ensure maximum safety and realism.

All activities are for educational purposes and will offer the public a unique sporting experience that
combines culture, physical coordination, and martial tradition.
