For the first time at RiminiWellness, FIF presents an evolved and highly technical approach dedicated to barre work: a growing trend, effective for improving control, stability and alignment, while maintaining great simplicity of application. The true innovation also lies in the methodological integration: not only ballet-derived barres, but also their use on the Pilates Reformer, expanding exercises, intensity, and adaptability. A system that enriches the technical repertoire of the professional, offering functional, accessible, and effective training solutions.
FUNCTIONAL BARRE
A modern and dynamic variant of barre training that combines the precision of modern dance, the flexibility of yoga, and the functional intensity of athletic conditioning.
Unlike the classical use in dance, this approach focuses on 'functional' movement.
PILATES BARRE
A program that integrates Pilates and barre work to tone the body and improve posture, making it more harmonious.
The lesson is dynamic and guided by music, which regulates rhythm and intensity, contributing to cardiovascular improvement.
Main benefits: muscle toning and lengthening, improved posture and flexibility, circulation, mood, and body control.
REFORMER BARRE
A discipline centered around the Pilates Reformer, enhanced by the introduction of the barre as an innovative accessory. This integration combines the resistance and control of springs with the small, isometric, high-repetition movements typical of Barre. The barre complements the Reformer, allowing for more targeted and varied work, resulting in an intense but low-impact workout, ideal for sculpting glutes, legs, and core, improving posture and control.
