The 7th edition of the Calisthenics FIF Challenge ignites RiminiWellness with a challenge where strength, control and strategy merge in high-impact sequences. 
Each athlete brings their own language: combinations of intermediate and advanced skills designed to push technique and endurance to the limit.

50 seconds to demonstrate everything! ⏳
Execution alone is not enough: precision, continuity, and cleanliness are required.

⏱ Competition structure:

Each athlete presents their own set, designed according to precise criteria as per the TECHNICAL REGULATIONS

Categories: 

• Men Advanced
• Men Intermediate
• Women

The Intermediate competitors can push beyond, integrating Advanced elements to maximize their score.
The Advanced competitors play only at their level: no shortcuts.

Judgment is in the hands of the competition committee formed by FIF instructors from the Calisthenics sector.
A technical scoring system, rigorous and without interpretations: each set is observed, measured, and verified even with video review.
