ELAV: Train to Dominate, not to survive
The future of training in sports and biomedical sciences
During RiminiWellness, ELAV - the professional training school of reference in motor and biomedical sciences - will take center stage with an exclusive schedule of free educational content, designed to interpret and anticipate the evolution of the sector.
Within the Performance Arena (Hall A1), ELAV will offer a series of 20 technical-scientific presentations, distributed over the four days of the exhibition, with the aim of providing professionals, operators, and enthusiasts with an updated, concrete, and scientifically based vision of physical exercise, performance and health.
The program will address in a cross-cutting manner the main thematic areas of the sector - fitness, sport performance, clinical exercise and longevity - with content ranging from new evidence on strength training and metabolism, to the most recent applications of physical exercise in prevention, rehabilitation and improvement of quality of life.
In a context where the world of fitness is increasingly evolving towards an integrated model with health and medicine, ELAV offers a distinctive approach, based on scientific rigor, practical applicability, and future vision of the profession.
The meetings will be held every day of the exhibition from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, and are designed to offer a high-value educational experience that is accessible and immediately transferable to professional practice.
To complete the journey, the theoretical lessons will be accompanied by practical experiences and direct discussion opportunities with specialists from the ELAV team, which will take place at the ELAV institutional stand, located directly next to the Performance Arena. An integrated format designed to offer visitors an immersive, effective, and innovative experience.
ELAV's presence at RiminiWellness represents a unique opportunity to connect with new models of physical exercise based on scientific evidence and to understand how the role of the movement professional is changing - and will continue to change.
