Join a pilates session designed to improve posture, balance, and muscle tone through controlled and mindful movements.

The activity focuses on strengthening the core, a key element for overall well-being and injury prevention.

During the class, the instructor will guide participants through targeted exercises that can be adapted to different fitness levels, making it suitable for both beginners and regular practitioners.

The two time slots, at 6 PM and 7 PM, provide flexibility for attendance. The environment is welcoming and promotes focus and relaxation.
