You On Stage was created to find new presenters with an original and innovative lesson idea to present on Thursday 29 May 2025 during the final round, where they will compete for the prize of overall winner on the FIF stage.

The contest includes a pre-selection phase and is open to certified teachers from any training school.

The eligible disciplines are:

• Pilates Matwork (free body)
• Functional
• Musical Fitness and Total Body Workout

The selections are open until Monday 5 May.
