Fit & Flow and Pilates Blocks
High Activity dance & tone. From the foot support to neuromuscular control
Fit & Flow
Friday, May 29th, Nuncas Stage, West Pools, 6:10 PM
Fit & Flow is a dynamic and engaging lesson that combines the rhythm of dance with the effectiveness of toning, creating a complete and harmonious workout. The Dance component is based on energetic and accessible choreographies, accompanied by motivating music, which improve coordination and endurance while freeing the mind from stress. At intervals, the lesson transforms into moments of targeted toning. Here, the rhythm slows slightly to make room for functional exercises that work on legs, glutes, abdomen, and upper body.

Pilates Blocks
Saturday, May 30th, Nuncas Stage, West Pools, 6:10 PM
The Pilates session with blocks will focus on balance, stabilization, control, and foot activation to promote lymphatic circulation. Using the block as a support, on one hand, facilitates alignment and perception of the body in space, while on the other hand, it increases destabilization, thus requiring greater control. Great attention is given to foot support to allow activation of the plantar arch, fundamental elements for a stable and functional base. Work on the foot becomes central: through pressure, weight shifts, and controlled movements, activation of the plantar pump is promoted, useful for supporting venous return and lymphatic circulation. Presenter: Carmen Di Dio.
