This lesson stems from a simple idea: yoga is not just about postures. It is an intelligent system that, when integrated with the principles of naturopathy and traditional Chinese medicine, becomes a powerful tool to restore balance where there is tension, and vitality where there is fatigue.
Through sequences of hatha yoga and fluid vinyasa movements, accompanied by mindful breathing, we will guide together the energy flow of your body, following the meridians of traditional Chinese medicine to unblock what is not flowing.
No experience is necessary. All you need is the desire to feel good again.
