But does having more data really mean making better decisions?
Increasingly, the risk is relying on numbers without fully understanding them, losing sight of what truly matters: the athlete, the context, and the performance.
In this scenario, the role of the sports nutritionist is evolving profoundly. They are no longer just a figure who "prescribes", but a professional who interprets, integrates, and works in synergy with coaches and trainers.
At the same time, the level of expertise in the fitness world has grown, making dialogue between different professional figures even more important.
And then there is artificial intelligence.
An increasingly present, increasingly powerful tool, but not a neutral one.

A risk, if used without awareness.
The objective of this presentation is precisely this: to clarify how to move from assessment to performance, in a context where data, technology, and skills must necessarily dialogue with each other.
