Presentation of the Exclusive Market Study on Fitness Consumers in Italy

For years, Les Mills has been monitoring the evolution of the global market by conducting industry-wide studies on a worldwide scale. However, in 2025, we have chosen to focus specifically on Italy, in order to provide relevant and tailored insights for the national context.

In collaboration with the International Fitness Observatory (IFO), we carried out an in-depth study on Italian fitness consumers, collecting approximately 200,000 data points.

We will present the results for the first time in Italy at RiminiWellness, offering an authentic snapshot of the Italian market and a strategic platform for discussion and sector development.
