Nia arrived in Italy in 2005, introducing a new way of experiencing movement: free, mindful and deeply connected to the individual's overall wellbeing.
Around the world, Nia has been accompanying people for over 30 years, uniting dance, martial arts and mindfulness in a unique and transformative experience.
Since 2011, it has also been possible in Italy to undertake a professional training programme, enabling an ever-growing number of people to deepen their knowledge of this discipline and share it with others.
