Orientation for Wellness

The project works of the first talent promoted by Polo Italiano Formazione Lavoro and Polo La Dotta

On Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, in the Mimosa Hall (Pavilion B6), the concluding event of the innovative project “Orientation for Wellness” will take place. This hackathon is promoted by Polo Italiano Formazione Lavoro, an initiative of FAAD Group, and by Polo La Dotta of Rimini, in collaboration with RiminiWellness, aiming to create a concrete bridge between orientation, education, and the professional world. It offers young digital graduates and soon-to-be graduates the opportunity to develop strategic and project management skills in a highly dynamic and professionalizing environment.

The project involves 40 selected talents, invited to participate in an advanced training program that integrates strategic marketing, SWOT analysis, and the development of practical projects in the wellness and fitness sector, under the supervision of the Gruppo Stratego società benefit team. The activities are designed to stimulate analytical skills, creativity, and strategic vision, while fostering teamwork and direct interaction with the professional world.

Project challenges are proposed by two leading organizations in the sector: the Italian Fitness Federation (FIF) and the National Association of Sports and Fitness Facilities (ANIF), which provide real-world cases for participants to work on.

The program unfolds in two phases: an initial training phase, scheduled for April 14–15, 2026, at the Polo La Dotta in Rimini (university orientation hub for Mercatorum, Pegaso, and San Raffaele, located at Corso Giovanni XXIII, 6), during which participants will acquire essential skills and develop their project proposals. This is followed by a final phase on May 28, where the talents will present their innovative solutions to two juries composed of representatives from the federations and project promoters.

The competition will reward strategic vision, originality, and the ability to provide concrete solutions to sector challenges, with a winning group identified for each challenge.

“Orientation for Wellness” represents a virtuous model of connection between education and the professional world, capable of promoting young talent and generating high-value ideas for the wellness industry.
