Event
Science and Wellness: The Formula for Longevity
Hall D4 - Nutraceutical Arena
Aging is not just a number but a journey to be embraced with energy and awareness. Thanks to advances in science and technology, we can now turn aging into an opportunity to live at our fullest potential. Scientific evidence shows that an integrated approach—ranging from personalized nutrition to lifestyle choices that slow biological processes—can make a significant difference in ensuring well-being and longevity.
Functional foods, new nutrients, and physical activity, when consciously incorporated into daily routines, become strategic allies in preventing chronic diseases and improving quality of life. The secret? A balance between innovation and mindful daily choices for an active and healthy longevity.
On these topics, the National Research Council (CNR) will contribute through the interdisciplinary project NUTRAGE – Nutrition, Food, and Active Aging. This initiative provides a unique opportunity to delve into the latest scientific discoveries, encourage shared reflection, and promote concrete strategies for 360-degree well-being.
The event will feature three dynamic sessions filled with innovative insights:
🔹 Lifestyle and Well-being – A journey through healthy habits and preventive strategies to keep the body and mind in perfect harmony. Scientists will guide the audience in discovering the best practices to slow down aging processes and live a longer, healthier life.
🔹 Nutrition and Longevity – From superfoods to emerging micronutrients, from new food technologies to personalized strategies. An in-depth exploration of nutritional choices that can enhance long-term well-being.
🔹 Sensory Experience and Nutrition – An interactive and engaging session where participants will explore the world of taste through guided tastings and practical experiments. A unique opportunity to understand how our senses influence food perception and eating habits.
The first two sessions will follow an interactive talk-show format, with experts and speakers ready to answer audience questions in an informal and stimulating atmosphere.
An unmissable opportunity to discover how science and wellness can help us live longer and better!
