The fitness medicine for a pain-free life
Mobility System: free seminar on May 28th at 16:00 in Performance Arena A1
Six 45-minute sessions focused on business, mindset, and methodology, designed for fitness entrepreneurs, personal trainers, club managers, and instructors who want to understand where the market is heading before everyone else.
The program opens with “Mobility System: The Fitness Drug for Living Without Pain”, a seminar exploring how mobility, motor control, range of motion, and compensation management have become key factors in improving performance, movement quality, and injury prevention, transforming training into a truly preventive and strategic tool.
At the core of the program are the Cross Cardio Academy Experience Talks (May 29th, Sala Abete): three sessions focused on how the fitness industry is changing its structure.
It begins with “Successful Trainer”, dedicated to the pillars needed to move beyond the hourly coaching model: numbers management, scalable programs, marketing, sales, and tax structure.
This is followed by “Trainer, Coach or Mentor”, analyzing the three roles of the PT and the invisible ceiling of the traditional hourly model.
The final talk, “FXBB”, explores the evolution of the industry through the integration of cardio and strength training, and what this means today for fitness clubs and facilities.
A major focus is also placed on FunXtional Body Building, with two key sessions.
The first explores the transformation of the weight room into a system capable of generating both results and business value, through programming based on neural, mechanical, and metabolic stimuli, designed to develop strength, hypertrophy, and motor control.
The second introduces the method as a “third way” between functional training and bodybuilding, combining movement quality, muscular control, and measurable aesthetic results, while offering new positioning opportunities for trainers under the direction of Enzo Ferrari.
More results for your clients. More value for your club.
Strength is the new fit.

In modern fitness, it’s no longer enough to simply train people—you need to help them move better.
This is the idea behind the seminar “Mobility System: the fitness ‘medicine’ for living pain-free”, an event designed for trainers, personal trainers, instructors, and professionals who want to understand how a properly applied training method can improve performance, movement quality, and prevention.
You will discover why mobility, motor control, range of motion, and compensation management are no longer just technical details, but key factors in truly advancing your work with clients.
The core of the seminar is exactly this: understanding how the Mobility System can act as a real “fitness medicine", a preventive and strategic tool to be implemented before problems arise.

Functional Bodybuilding: Turn Your Weight Room into a System That Delivers Results and Value
30 May | 15:30 - 16:15 , Hall B1 - Matrix
Today, the traditional weight room struggles to engage, retain, and generate real value for clients. Repetitive workouts, limited guidance, and a lack of structure often lead to poor results and high dropout rates.
Functional Bodybuilding was created to solve this problem: an advanced method that integrates bodybuilding principles with functional training logic, creating structured, engaging, and highly effective sessions.
Through programming based on neural, mechanical, and metabolic stimuli, the method develops strength, hypertrophy, and motor control by making strategic use of Matrix weight room machines and equipment.
During the seminar, the practical application of the method will be presented, followed by an in-gym session where participants can directly experience the system’s effectiveness using Matrix equipment.
More results for your clients. More value for your club.

Functional Bodybuilding: When functional training meets bodybuilding — the third path today’s trainer can no longer ignore
31 May | 11:30 - 12:15 , Hall B1 - Matrix
The fitness market today is divided into two worlds that rarely interact: on one side, functional training; on the other, bodybuilding. In between lies the largest audience—the one seeking a body that truly performs and delivers visible results.
Functional Bodybuilding is born here: not an evolution of traditional bodybuilding, nor a generic form of functional training, but a third path that integrates movement quality, muscle contraction control, scientific programming, and measurable aesthetic outcomes.
Under the technical direction of Enzo Ferrari, IFBB European Champion, World Vice Champion, and Master of Physical Culture with over 40 years of experience, you will discover why this discipline represents a concrete positioning opportunity for trainers today.
Recommended for group class instructors, personal trainers, bodybuilding coaches, strength and conditioning coaches, and fitness enthusiasts.
