Therapeutic Yoga with Sayonara Motta

A special moment signed Vaginaverso by Gyno-Canesten Inthima Cosmetic Lenitive, designed to reconnect with your body and regain balance and well-being. An immersive outdoor experience, dedicated to the well-being of body and mind, in an evocative location by the sea.

Accompanied by the light of the sunset, Sayonara Motta, C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, will lead a therapeutic yoga session, suitable for everyone, to relax the mind, release tension and take care of oneself.
