A total body functional training focused on developing strength, coordination and explosive power using bodyweight exercises. Each movement, performed in a dynamic yet controlled manner, will help you maximise mastery of your body, making you feel strong and agile.
The PHA training alternates upper body exercises with lower body exercises, thereby forcing the heart to continuously pump blood from one extremity of the body to the other in order to oxygenate the muscles involved, creating a highly intense 'pump' effect. It is therefore excellent for those who suffer from fluid retention or cellulite, as it stimulates peripheral microcirculation and improves the elasticity of blood vessels.
