A powerhouse of resilience, strength, and transformation, Vida Macura Maglica is not just a professional athlete, she's also an entrepreneur, mother, and coach who has dedicated over three decades to sports. At 42 years old, with 35 years in athletics, sport is truly her life.

Vida's journey to fitness is inspiring. After having two children via C-section and gaining 22 kg during her first pregnancy and 25 kg during her second, she defied the odds. Through the revolutionary Extreme Training® program, she reclaimed her pre-baby fitness without restrictive diets. Her story emphasizes that anyone can achieve their goals with the right mindset and tools.

Vida’s achievements include:

• Multiple-time national karate champion (sport fighting)
• Former member of the Slovenian national karate team
• Karate Master title holder (black belt, 1st Dan)
