Craft beer takes center stage once again at RiminiWellness with the Awards Ceremony of the World Gluten Free Beer Awards and Best Bio Beer, two benchmark competitions for the brewing sector, organized by the portal Piacevolezza.it in collaboration with Unionbirrai, the trade association of small independent breweries.

 

The World Gluten Free Beer Awards, now in their twelfth edition, will honor the best gluten-free craft beers, highlighting a constantly evolving market that combines quality, innovation, and a focus on health. Alongside them, the sixth edition of Best Bio Beer will spotlight the best in organic craft brewing, a reflection of sustainability and respect for the environment.

 

The initiative aims to promote the culture of quality craft beer, creating opportunities for dialogue and visibility for both Italian and international breweries.

 

During the awards ceremony, the Special Prize “Birra in Tavola” will also be presented—now in its third edition—dedicated to the best pairing of Margherita pizza and gluten-free craft beer. This award was born from a collaboration with the project Birra in Tavola, which showcases beer as the perfect companion to Italian cuisine.

 

Tastings for the competitions and special prize took place at Pizzeria 10 by Diego Vitagliano, named best Italian pizzaiolo by the 50 Top Pizza guide—an assurance of excellence and a strong connection to the world of high-quality dining.
