My name is Anthony Pazzaglini, Personal Trainer and founder of iosonoinforma.
For years, I have been helping people train effectively directly from home, improving physical fitness and lifestyle without stress and without disrupting their habits.

My approach is simple, concrete, and accessible to everyone.
Functional, dynamic, and progressive workouts designed to achieve real results: weight loss, toning, and improvement of general physical condition, with special attention also to those with back, knee, or cervical issues.
With my Live Training Heartbeat method, I take online training to a higher level:
