For over 30 years, FIF has been training qualified instructors through comprehensive programs (in-person, live, and online) across all fitness and wellness disciplines, recognized nationally and internationally, with the issuance of a Diploma and technical certification in compliance with the Sports Reform.
FIF also organizes events and conferences for professional development and oversees the publication of educational manuals and the magazine Performance.
