Ginnastica Dinamica Militare Italiana (GDMI), with over 70,000 members and 600 centers, is a sport recognized by CONI and C.S.I. Founded by Matteo Sainaghi and Mara Uggeri, it offers bodyweight training without the comforts of modern fitness to which we are accustomed. It focuses on functional exercises in an anti-gravity setting, with direct commands and no competition, aimed at developing strength, harmony, muscle adaptation, correct posture, and team cohesion.
