Since 2016 the Italian Showdown is the first Licensed CrossFit® Event in Italy. Athletes of all ages and levels take to the field to prove strength, speed and ability in multiple fitness-based physical challenges. Anyone has the opportunity to test themselves live, in the division best suited to their skill level and experience. No online qualification and no elimination during the competition. All participants can give their best until the last workout.
