Arianna Conci is Startup Program Manager of the Startup and Innovation Area at Trentino Sviluppo. For 7+ years she has been working in the field of Innovation & Entrepreneurship Education, designing and managing support programs for early-stage startups and accompanying aspiring entrepreneurs and teams in the early stages of project development, from defining the value proposition and business model through to their market validation. She manages Trentino Startup Valley, the equity-free incubation program dedicated to early-stage teams and aspiring founders. As a startup coach, she supports teams through customer discovery and validation journeys, helping them define their value proposition, build sustainable business models and develop entrepreneurially with a practical, iterative and market-oriented approach.
