Hi, my name is Arianna, I am 33 years old and I have been working with Les Mills for over 10 years; I have many certifications with them; I love experimenting, improving myself, stepping out of my comfort zone to discover new versions of myself. This year I have the pleasure of showcasing the holistic side and I will be with the Italy Team for Pilates and Yoga; I have the opportunity to present 30 minutes of Pilates and 20 minutes of a Body Balance mix.
