Bianca Assad

Bianca Assad is an internationally trained Pilates instructor and former principal dancer. She trained in Brazil and refined her skills at the Atelier Rudra Béjart in Lausanne, distinguishing herself in major competitions, including the International Competition in Moscow at the Bolshoi Theatre. She danced professionally at the Zurich Opera and with the Cosi-Stefanescu Classical Ballet, as a principal dancer. Since 2014 she has dedicated herself to teaching movement, specialising in Pilates at a renowned international school. Today she is a Polestar® Pilates Studio Teacher and GYROTONIC® Trainer. In continuous training, she deepens her studies in Gyrokinesis®. She is a Level IV APPI member, collaborates with Pilates&Co holding an organisational role at its Scandiano (RE) headquarters, and is co-founder of Pilates Hub, a digital platform specialised in the personalisation of online Pilates. In her work she combines technique, control and awareness, with a strong focus on the quality of movement.
