Carlo Rinaldi

Carlo Rinaldi combines marketing, technology, and music in the fundamental value of listening. A computer engineer graduated from Politecnico di Milano, he studied piano at the Conservatory of Foggia and perfected his skills in vocal technique, composition, and arrangement. He attended executive programs in marketing at the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago. His path intertwines art, innovation, and communication, with over twenty years of experience in digital marketing. He has held leadership roles in international companies such as Microsoft, where he led digital marketing for consumer and enterprise segments. Specialized in ad-tech and data-driven innovation, he has operated in the media, HR-tech, and AI sectors, contributing to the growth of technological realities in Italy and abroad. Today, he is Director of Marketing and Communications at Humans.tech, where he leads an ecosystem that intertwines technology and human value. TEDx speaker (Rovigo, 2023 and Lecco, 2025) and author of the book Intelligenza Sensibile (Egea, 2025), he explores the potential of relational listening as a generative lever for intelligences - both human and artificial. He directs a gospel choir, volunteers in Africa, and cultivates a vegetable garden. He is convinced that the most authentic innovation is born in the relational space, where one moves from ego to eco, from a single voice to resonance.
