From September 2014 to January 17, 2021: Associate Professor at the Department of Sciences for the Quality of Life, University of Bologna, Scientific Disciplinary Sector BIO/14 - Pharmacology; Competitive Sector 05/G1 - Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy. From 2019 to 2023: Coordinator of the PhD Programme in Sport, Health and Wellbeing, University of Bologna. SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY The scientific activity carried out over the years has allowed her to acquire extensive experience in various experimental fields, primarily in the pharmacological and toxicological design and testing of oncological drugs. RESEARCH LINES 1) Prevention and therapy strategies for tumour pathology based on plant-derived extracts and isolated phytochemicals on various experimental models of haematological and solid tumours, also in combination with traditional antiblastic chemotherapeutic agents 2) Analysis of cellular and molecular responses to critical events related to the carcinogenetic process induced by exposure to various types of xenobiotics (drugs, phytochemicals, plant extracts, pesticides, radiation) 3) Study of cancer risk
