Davide Costagliola is a Project Invictus certified Personal Trainer and emergency room nurse. Through an evidence-based approach, he combines clinical expertise and field practice. A natural bodybuilding athlete and member of the V-Athlete competitive team, in 2025 he placed 5th at the Italian Championship and 4th at the Swiss WNBF. He focuses on strength, body recomposition and injury prevention, promoting a scientific approach to training oriented towards performance and health.
