He is Polestar certified in Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, specializations that allow him to offer targeted programmes aimed at improving posture, strength and body functionality. He works as a kinesiologist, athletic trainer and Pilates instructor, supporting individuals and athletes in achieving their health and performance goals. He is also the owner of Essenza Studio Pilates & Shape in Zola Predosa (BO), where he offers personalised programmes focused on well-being, prevention and improving quality of life.
