Elena Galli

Elena Galli is an Innovation Manager and consultant specialising in innovation design, organisational change management, and the development of acceleration and open innovation programmes. She works with SMEs and innovation centres, integrating foresight methodologies, participatory design and startup mentoring. Within the Clust-ER Mech of the Emilia-Romagna region, she coordinates AeroHub, the inter-cluster value chain that brings the aerospace sector into dialogue with other industrial supply chains — from healthcare to mechatronics, from service innovation to agrifood — developing collaboration and open innovation opportunities between public and private actors in the Space Economy ecosystem.
