Elisa Amadei Born in Parma on 22/06/1983 An architect by training, she has transformed space design into wellness design, creating pathways oriented towards physical and mental performance. A former professional swimmer, she brings to her approach discipline, resilience and a strong sports mindset, developed from a very young age. A Pilates instructor and Thai Fit trainer, she combines control, strength and movement functionality to guide people towards a conscious and effective physical fitness. Ambassador of Street Workout Italia, she is actively engaged in promoting outdoor sports, organising events and involving thousands of people in training and sharing experiences. Founder of EMK – Ecosystem Metabolic Key, an innovative project dedicated to metabolic wellness that integrates training, nutrition and mindset, with the goal of helping every person express their full potential.
