Fabio Fraternali

Professor Fabio Fraternali holds a degree in Law and is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor with offices in Rimini Verucchio and Bologna. With a strong legal and accounting background, he has gained significant professional experience in corporate law and taxation, with a particular focus on the sports sector and the Third Sector. He is currently a Professor of Law on Sports Clubs and Associations at the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, Ravenna Campus – Department of Legal Sciences, where he teaches regularly.

Throughout his career, Professor Fraternali has combined academic work with an extensive professional consulting activity, advising both sports companies and Third Sector organizations operating in the field of sports. He is also an author and speaker at specialized conferences and seminars, where he delves into topics such as sports club governance, sector-specific tax regulations, and the civil law framework governing sports activities.
