Fahad Ali Alhagbani

Fahad Alhagbani Vice Chairman and CEO, Armah Sports Alhagbani is a 25-year veteran of the fitness industry. He has co-founded two of the largest fitness businesses in the Middle East. After a successful IPO for the first business – Fitness Time – on the Saudi Stock Exchange in September 2018, Alhagbani moved on with his family to launch Armah Sports Company (OPTIMO&B_FIT), where he serves as vice chair and CEO. In November 2023 Alhagbani led the IPO for Armah Sports and shortly afterwards, he and his team won the IPO of the year award. This set a precedent in the fitness industry of launching two different fitness chains and taking them public with only a five year window between the two IPOs. In addition to his executive role, he serves as a board member on the boards of Al Hilal Football Club, CALO, and the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee for Women. He is committed to social impact initiatives, including his role as a mentor to the founder and CEO of Gender Mobile Initiative, an NGO in Nigeria that focuses on advancing gender equity and eliminating all forms of sexual and gender-based violence against women. Recently, he joined Endeavor as a mentor for inspiring and high-potential entrepreneurs. He holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris with a specialization in Board Governance. He was awarded the Business and Entrepreneurship scholarship, and graduated with distinction. In 2025, he received the prestigious Qatar Foundation Excellence Award, presented by Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, in recognition of his achievements across four dimensions: Academic Excellence, Research Engagement, Civic Duty and Community Service, and Professional and Life Development.
