Federica Mennilli

I hold a degree in Sports Sciences and have been working at Decathlon since 2018. I started my journey as a sales assistant in the Running department, an experience that allowed me to develop skills in sports consulting and direct customer interaction. I subsequently moved to the Fitness department, an area that feels much closer to my passions, my aptitudes and my lifestyle. Sport and movement are part of my professional and personal identity. I am a qualified classical dance teacher and certified in postural gymnastics, as well as teaching wellness-related disciplines such as pilates and total body, collaborating with various gyms. I strongly believe in continuous learning and the importance of constantly keeping up to date: I actively participate in workshops, refresher courses and industry events to broaden my skills and always offer the best to my students. Alongside teaching, I also cultivate the creative and organisational side of my work, taking care of the creation of dance events and shows, moments in which I can combine technique, artistic expression and passion.
