Federico Smanio is CEO of Wylab, the first sport-tech incubator in Italy, and today a strategic partner for innovation for corporate companies, startups and institutions. A former football player, with over 25 years of experience in professional sports and 10 years as a consultant for startups, corporates and institutions, he is an expert in innovation, digital transformation and entrepreneurship. A lecturer in university master's programmes and a speaker at national and international events, since 2022 he has also been Program Director of WeSportUp, a sport & wellness accelerator promoted by CDP Venture Capital.
