Francesca Marziali

Francesca Marziali is a nutritionist biologist and personal trainer. She graduated in ISF Fitness from the University of Camerino and in Human Nutrition with honors from San Raffaele University in Rome. She has worked as an athletic trainer for rugby and soccer teams, later specializing in women's training. She helps women improve their body composition through a practical and sustainable approach. She is the author of Lady Invictus, a project through which she shares content on Instagram and YouTube, promoting evidence-based information away from simplifications and extremism in the fitness world.
