Giacomo Bullo

Biography

Born in 1991, after graduating in international relations he began his professional career in the world of gastronomy by graduating from ALMA, and from there he collected various experiences in the Italian restaurant industry. Today, as a storyteller passionate about hospitality and good food in all its different forms, he has the opportunity to refine his communication & public relations skills, coordinating editorial projects and events in the culinary field such as the MAM – Maestro d'Arte e Mestiere project. He currently holds the role of Corporate Communication Manager at ALMA – La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana. He has written for Le Guide de L'Espresso ai Ristoranti d'Italia and is currently among the authors of Passione Gourmet and the Guide di Italy Post.
