Giorgia Grappeggia

Pharmacist, consultant in integrative medicine and integrative oncology, areas in which she accompanies people along care paths oriented towards personalization and individual-centered approaches. She also collaborates with Prof. Pier Mario Biava, for whom she has the honor of participating in conferences and educational events dedicated to disseminating his discoveries in the field of epigenetics and integrative medicine. She is a lecturer in the Level II University Master's program in Integrative Oncology, promoting an approach that combines scientific rigor with a systemic vision of health. Her work is based on a deep interest in epigenetics: the study of how environment, lifestyle, and experiences influence the expression of our genes, continuously modulating our state of health or disease. Through this perspective, Giorgia explores the connection between biology and everyday life, between science and lived experience, focusing attention on everything that interacts with us: what we eat, the air we breathe, the emotions we experience, the relationships we build. In her approach, health is not just the absence of disease, but a dynamic balance that arises from connection: with the environment, with others, with animals, and with something greater that includes us.
