I am Giulia Macchiarella, founder of the Pilates studio Le Pilatesse.. In 2022 I completed my Reformer training with Polestar Pilates, thus integrating my background as an athlete. A former professional cyclist and group cycling instructor, with a specialization in functional training, I found in Reformer Pilates the perfect combination between my strong, determined nature and conscious movement. I became passionate about Pilates first as a client and then made it my life!
