Ivana Rotondo was born in Naples, and over the years she trained as a dancer, pursuing her studies between Naples and Rome. Holding a degree in Motor Sciences, she specialised in posturology. She embarked on a path of teaching Pilates, training at Polestar Pilates in Rome, under the direction of Serafino Ambrosio.
